it's true! Like over the moon excited to be hosting @iamwellandgood's first ever retreat! I just landed off a flight on the other side of the globe & had this moment to reflect on the start of my career in NYC, when I began writing with Well + Good.
I was broke af, barely made rent in Brooklyn, had nothing to lose or gain... But I loved my job, I trained classically as a chef + worked in restaurants + poured my soul into writing. I committed my life to wellness +the babes at well + good always supported my work. We shared the truth in wellness, together, & we continue to do the same, today. Our moral integrity is clear as day. We live what we teach and we learn everyday from you.

Here I am, almost 10 years later, 6 books later, writing about wellness + studying food all over the world. I'm going to share with you what I have learned from Japan, to Fiji and Oz, new recipes, cooking skillz, all of my research & even a sneak peek to my next book Kintsugi Japanese Wellness.
