Dearest #GraduateStudents, I am so humbled by your words and your generosity. Ever since I was 16 when I first read The Great Gatsby I have been bound to F. Scott Fitzgerald. To have been able to be part of The Last Tycoon, as a character that was perhaps beyond Fitzgerald‘s purview, was both fitting and an unspeakable honor. As actors we never know who or if anyone frankly will be moved by the work we do, by the playing we do, by the diving into the well that we do.
