I’m one day late, but better late then never. I would like to join @crohnscolitisfoundation and celebrate the #IBDAwarenessweek with this rather cliché inspiring quote ??‍♀️ I had enjoyed watching the foundations Instagram stories where lots of young people were sharing their experiences with battling Crohn’s and Colitis. I’m so happy to see the support group growing and more individuals speaking up about it without any shame. It literally takes a lot of guts to experience flares, adjust your life style to this diseases and it’s a constant learning proces - It’s good to know we all can go through it together and share our knowledge. To all the Crohnies and Colities(?) out there - STAY POSITIVE and talk about it ! ??? #UCWarrior #IBDvisible
