SQUATS! Now, let me start by saying there’s SO MANY ways to do squats.... but the first few versions here are NOT some of the types you want to be doing. These are common mistakes that I see women make when doing squats. The squat you see me do at the end is a very basic, simple beginners squat, done correctly. Again, there are so many different ways to squat but if you see yourself or your friends doing squats like these small mistakes, please let them know as it can cause injuries in the future!!
