Today Her Majesty The Queen visited Portsmouth for the Commissioning Ceremony of HMS Queen Elizabeth – the largest warship ever built for the @RoyalNavy.

HMS Queen Elizabeth is the first of a new class of aircraft carriers constructed for Her Majesty's fleet.
The distance from her keel to the top of the mast is the same height as Big Ben and her flight deck is the size of 4 acres. Construction involved 10,000 people and six shipyards across the UK.
