The colors and tempo of the city are absolutely stunning, like nothing I've ever experienced, but something like the live scorpions on a stick is only comparable to a vegan nightmare. I eat meat, but their awful plight made my heart hurt, even though I'm not a fan of bugs in general. It's a culture shock to say the least.
