Finland celebrates its 100 years of independence today. In the big picture that’s a short amount of time. But despite its young age, the small country of Finland alongside with it’s Scandinavian neighbors has become a leader in equality, education, social security, press freedom and sustainability. Goes to prove what can be achieved with a system representative of the people. Proud to call this place in the world my home country.
