A little kitchen experiment turned into this beautiful new cake for the holidays: our limited-edition Festive Gingerbread Pinecone Cake, made with a center of ginger mousse, speculoos ganache, a soft spiced cake, all glazed in rich chocolate and finished with more than 100 individually hand-cut golden and dark chocolate petals. A little flurry of confectioners sugar on top finishes it off.
