Hamlin’s ultimate guide to chillin’ like a champ™️, now in picture format because downloading white papers is so September 2017:

1️⃣) Find a comfy, yet supportive bed. Bonus points if your bed is a race car, bean bag, or something squishy. I went with Totoro because the cat wasn’t occupying it at the time. His loss.

2️⃣) Roll around a bit to find the perfect position. Seriously, don’t be afraid to spread out and really feel around your bed. I chose an upside down position, because obviously.

3️⃣) Find something to watch, stare at, or simply nod off for a good slice of time. I chose to watch “The Octonauts” on Netflix because my mini bro was watching it and I’m too chilled to be bothered to move. However, I wish I had the remote because he already left the room to partake in other toddler activities and now I have the theme song stuck in my head. Onward to the last step...

4️⃣) Chill. ❄️ For as long as time permits until you need to renew said permit. Then repeat as needed.
