INGREDIENTS:
1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
6 oz of pre-cooked Italian sausage, sliced into rounds
3/4 cup diced red bell pepper
3/4 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 zucchini, sliced into half rounds
2 garlic cloves, diced
Pinch of red pepper flakes
@Flavorgod Seasonings GARLIC LOVERS, to taste
2 tsp @Flavorgod Seasonings ITALIAN ZEST seasoning
Oil or ghee
Chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS:
Season shrimp with @Flavorgod Seasonings GARLIC LOVERS. Cook in skillet with oil over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes, or until opaque. Remove and set aside.

Add onion and bell peppers to hot skillet with a little more oil. Sauté for about 2 minutes.

Next add the sausage and zucchini to the skillet, cook for another 2 minutes.

Now add your cooked shrimp back into skillet along with the garlic. Sprinkle in the 2 teaspoons of @Flavorgod Seasonings ITALIAN ZEST. Continue cooking and stirring for 1 more minute.

Finally add the 1/4 cup of chicken stock to the skillet and stir a few times to moisten everything. Add red pepper flakes now if desired.

Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and plate immediately. Serves about 4.
