Ingredients:
?1/3 cup - Parmesan
?1/3 cup - spinach
?1/4 cup - brown rice / or less
?1 - egg
?1 1/2 pounds - ground beef / grass fed
?1/4 cup -Bread crumbs
?1 tbsp - Flavorgod Himalayan Salt& Pepper
?1 tbsp - FLavorgod seasoning/any flavor

Directions:
➡️preheat oven to 400* Fahrenheit.
➡️Add all above ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Mix together.
➡️Roll mixture into 1 inch meatballs
➡️Take rolled meatballs and roll them into bread crumbs, very lightly!!
➡️place in small cupcake pan and bake for 20 min.
Serve with tomato sauce and enjoy!
