Sure, a lot of us get pretty excited about this time of year, but sometimes the holiday season can be hard for those we love ?. Together with @optionb, @sherylsandberg's organization (and amazing book!) to help build resilience, I created a series of animated tips that talk about ways to look out for one another during the holidays. It can be hard to know how to help or what to say in times of hardship, but simple, kind gestures and acknowledgements of solidarity can go along way ❤️?.
