I want to say holy fuck!!!! i'm so thankful for my fans.  and everyday i make a grateful list, even if it's in my brain because it keeps me positive, and i've been doing that for a few years.  some days it's just "thank you for the ocean" when i'm down, but this year has taken me by surprise.  i had no idea, one year ago, if this record would be what is now is, or ever see the light of day.  and now, because of my fans and coworkers and family, i just got my first grammy nomination ever, and i got 2!!!!!!???i can't really believe it.  it feels so insane and i'm so emotional and grateful for the support, and for all those who make this record a possibility, and then made it happen, and it all started with the fans, my animals.  i know that you know that i love you, but this record documents the hardest part of my life and i am so so thankful that you were so patient and so receptive and so supportive.  thank you x 100000000000 and btw any person in any category, congratulations- art ain't a competition let's turn the 2018 Grammys into a fuckin party ?
