This #givingtuesday I am supporting Refugees International & @inaraorg, two small but tremendous organizations that do vital and important work. If you can’t give of your money, and many can’t, you can just as importantly give of your heart, your voice and your time! Please share and spread the word!!
• Refugees International takes no government or UN funding; our advocates travel to meet with displaced people in conflict zones and their reports offer actionable solutions and insightful suggestions as to where governments and the UN can best spend their resources to do the most good. Our advocates speak with integrity in the halls of congress and in the media.
• @inaraorg provides life-saving and life-altering medical care to children harmed in war. This small and young organization was started by award-winning journalist @arwacnn and has in its brief time helped over 100 kids. The stories of their recoveries are inspiring and beautiful.
