Today The Queen, accompanied by The Duke of Cambridge, hosted a lunch for The President of the Federal Republic of Germany, Mr Frank-Walter Steinmeier, and Mrs Elke Büdenbender.

During her Reign, HM has hosted Germany for a State Visit four times; in 1958, 1972, 1986 & 1998. Germany has also hosted The Queen on four occasions; in 1965, 1978, 1992 & 2015. The Duke, accompanied by the Duchess of Cambridge, visited Germany earlier this year. ???? ?PA
