This pic is representative of the current slave trade going on in Libya that many leaders seem to not want to highlight. 9 -14 hours ago Hillary Clinton just highlighted why we are not seeing anything about this in the main media right now. Each one of them are being sold at $300, $400 and $500 dollars and it’s sadness that it’s ‘Ok’ for this to happen and it’s even sadder that right here on this island we have the freedom to live but our brothers and sisters seem intent on finding joy in subtracting each other for some of the stupidest reason anyone has ever heard. When you google the images and see the state and the story it hits hard. It’s a very very hard and systematic game in these scenarios. These men are being sold on video, no fear or remorse from the buyers or the sellers be it the hard Labour slave trade or the sex slave trade but anyone takes a vigilante roll to rescue any you can bet they will be arrested by the authorities if caught but this happening in plain view and the world authorities just huddle and ‘talk about it’. There’s no ‘pray for Libya’ ‘all for Libya’, ‘save Libya’ going on here and if you take your time soon after posting this you can go through the comments and I’m sure you’ll see a few comments from right here in Trinidad that’ll make your stomach churn.
