She is scheduled to be declawed and spayed tomorrow according to the director of Lake Haven Animal Rescue, Cheryl McCloud. ?? @lakehavenrescue
As most of you already know, for the last 40 years, this director/founder of this rescue in Newaygo, Michigan has most of her kittens and young cats declawed before she puts them up for adoption. ?????
Please help inspire Mrs McCloud with Lake Haven Rescue to stop declawing her cats and just educate the public about this inhumane procedure, why cats need their toe bones and claws, and the simple, commonsense humane alternatives like nail trims, sturdy scratchers, deterrents, and Soft Paws. ??

I'm also saddened that so many of Lake Haven Rescue's supporters condone declawing and are so defensive and resistant to being educated about the facts about this inhumane procedure.
