If you know me, you know I’ve had problems with my back for a longgg time. My physio told me I had the tightest thoracic spine he’s seen in 10 years haha ? I have posted about my @pranamat massage set before when I first got it - and honestly the more I use it, the more I see how well it works. It works similar to acupuncture with its accupressure from all the little spikes, I just lay on it while I watch tv. It gives me an energy boost and pain relief, warms up my muscles and helps with a deep night sleep (which I used to struggle with a lot!) Il be posting more about it on my story soon ?? Ps.
