A lot of people ask me how I'm able to "do it all", and my answer is... @allenbrighten . I don't think I would physically and emotionally be able to do all that I do without his emotional and physical support. It's been a really demanding year from my travels, to being a mommy, to starting a new business. But every time I have to pack up my bags and go... Allen is always there providing the support and love that our family needs to fully function and grow. He plays both the mommy and daddy role when I'm out of town, and I couldn't be more thankful for his willingness and loyalty to our family. He is the rock and foundation of our little family. On top of that... i am so thankful for his dedication to our relationship. My travel schedule has been insane this year, but no matter where we are in the world we make time for eachother. This requires ALOT of facetiming and waking up at odd hours , when overseas, just to have some "QT" together. Also insane quick trips to random places such as Europe, Asia, New York , Seattle, or Arizona in this case. Just so we can spend time with one another.... even if it's just for 24 hours.
Sorry for this longggg IG post but 2 things.
1.)I'm feeling so grateful as he just left after being here in AZ for less than 24 hours. Missing him already ???? and
2.) There is no such thing as "doing it ALL yourself". It takes a good support system (it doesn't have to be a man or a "husband" per se.. it could be anyone you can count on), a good team, a good community, and sometimes a village to make things work. (Also big shoutout to my mom @ummalim , abba lim, and my Mother & Father in law)
