“Winter of 2014. @ガブリエル・メディーナ had just been crowned the world champ and he and @ジュリアン・ウィルソン were both in the final. The beach had literally turned into a Brazilian Storm anthem, it was crazy. I was shooting from the water at backdoor as the match-up played out. Julian got a backdoor keg in the last few minutes. I remember watching him fly out of the barrel and throw his arms up in a huge claim. The final was over and I managed to bodysurf a wave in to get a shot of him before he was chaired up to the podium. Can’t wait to see the title race play out this year in my home town. I bet it will be the craziest crowd of all time.” ? @brentbielmann
