OK. I think this has gone far enough. We've all had our say. I sincerely thank all of you who have been so supportive of me; and thank you also to those who have reminded me of other points of view. I actually didn't realise that I would stir up such a storm, and I think it's time to cool it before someone gets hurt. There are many rights and wrongs here, legally and morally, and maybe it's good that we have highlighted some very grey areas. But this is all small stuff really, and the last thing I would want to see is anyone being abused over it - including the lady who claimed the 'copyright violation'. I certainly don't wish her any harm and I'd be mortified if any harm came to her as a result of this whole issue. So please leave Ms Kremer alone, and let's all move on. I'm certainly over it.
