I’ve struggled with weight😒 I’ve had an eating disorder😞 I’ve hated my body. I’ve tried every diet or starvation trick in the books. I’ve worked out just to try & offset the poor eating choices I was making. I’ve tried the bs waist clinchers & diet pills. I used to obsess about the number on the scale. I used to live off of coffee & junk food snacks at work. I’ve been there! I know what it’s like & I also know it doesn’t have to be that way! I weigh the same if not more than I ever did before in my life & I couldn’t be happier 😁 I eat 4-5 meals a day, I have cheat meals a few times a week and I don’t live in the gym. It’s all about balance and the right approach. Making health a priority set thing in motion I never imagined; my skin cleared up, I lost inches but gained some curves. I sleep better, I’m happier, stronger & more confident. I fell in love with the process & don’t see my healthy meals or the gym as a chore.
