Photo and text by Roeselien Raimond @roeselienraimond | On a beautiful summer evening, everything seemed to work out perfectly; the light was fantastic, the mood was calm and inspiring, the company was nice, only one thing was missing….my subject of choice! It just refused to show up.Nature photographers must recognize this feeling: quite frustrating! And then, I suddenly saw something shimmering in the bushes; The beautiful transparent wings of a dragonfly! The soft breeze made the branches move, which created a fantastic light-show of continuously changing shapes and shades. I was totally hypnotized by this tiny spectacle and was thankful this dragonfly saved my evening…
