I’m just catching my breath from the opening of #DAMAGED last Saturday night. This video by @chopemdownfilms gives a peek into the intensity of the event. I want to express my sincere appreciation for the overwhelming turnout and support from my audience. We were at the mercy of capacity limitations in the space so I apologize to anyone who was not able to get into the show. We did everything we could to move people in and out of the gallery, but the crowd was just too large! The show has regular hours and there will be several opportunities for the public to pick up free prints and witness the printing press running. Please come back and see the show when things are less hectic. At some point, I’ll be doing a personal walk through for attendees, so stay tuned for info. DAMAGED was 18 months in the making, with many people helping me bring it to life, so it is important that I thank my amazing studio staff and art assistants as well as my partners at @librarystreetcollective.
