There's nothing quite like a good run to work up a sweat, release some endorphins, and get rid of built-up stress with a beautiful morning sun. ???? グアムにて夜明け前にスタートする、ココ・ハーフマラソンのプレスツアーにアテンドしました。ハーフ、10km、5kmの3種目あり、海沿いのルートを朝日を見ながら走ります。参加しやすい5kmはちびっこや、仮装した人も走っていて楽しそうでした。
