I thought i was the only person that thinks like this. I don’t why people think buying a home is a safe investment. These realtors be finessing y’all. Long as u got a mortgage, u paying rent. And it’s worse cuz you’re responsible if something fucks up. Where if u renting, they responsible. If i was y’all i would rent until i can afford to buy it cash or older when you’re more settled and don’t need as much #lilduvaltaughtyou #richbroke (the key word is HOMES not house. Homes u care about a house u buying to flip it. I’m talking to regular folks that buying houses just to get out of renting)
