Do you have a favourite spot in Australia to photograph?
@lostc0llective captured the must-see Crawley Edge Boatshed in WA. “I didn't realise this is one of the busiest photo locations in Perth…I used a six-stop and ten-stop filter together to take a four and a half minute exposure. After the first one, I realised I had left the viewfinder cover open and ruined the picture with a light leak. So I took another four and a half minute exposure. At this point, I turned around to see a bank of people queuing behind me waiting to take a shot. When it had finished, I checked again... Out of focus! So I turned around and said "sorry, can I just have another five or ten minutes, then it's all yours?" I don't think I really expected an answer, but I wasn't leaving without taking this shot either way, so it didn't really matter. Given the weather was terrible the entire time I was in Perth, I'm happy enough with the way it turned out.” Camera: D810
