I've been on a #keto diet for about a week. The week before I cut out all sugar, anything white and processed. I miss fruit. I miss my tasty things. I'm nauseous often and it feels counterintuitive to deliberately eat fat. I bought this @caveshake last week figuring I would give it a try and forgot about it until RIGHT THIS SECOND. 3 grams of sugar has never tasted so sweet. They didn't pay me to say this. I just tried this and it, honestly, gave me the strength I needed to keep at this. Just that little taste of something sweet was so helpful. I ate the whole thing and I don't care. @caveshake you did God's work today. I was ☝️☝️ this close to eating pasta... and I don't even like pasta!
