I’ve just had one of the best dinners I’ve had for ages @ettomerrionrow. Oxtail croquettes with tarragon mustard and mushroom & taleggio suppli (ie another sort of croquettes) followed by dry-aged beef tartare with pickled radish, mustard and crisps and kohlrabi, chervil, rocket and caper salad, then the pudding pictured here: red wine prunes with vanilla mascarpone.
