Good Morning!!! Let’s begin the week working out, for me the best way to feel good with my self. These last days with my sister here couldn’t make it to the gym and i could tell my body needed this so bad!
Do each exercise 15 reps 4 times!! ?? And as you know, always wearing breastfeeding sports bra! This one from @krewactive ?Love it! .

Buenos dias!!!! Empecemos la semana entrenando, para mi la mejor manera de sentirme bien conmigo misma. Estos dias atras con mi hermana aqui no pude ir al gym y os aseguro que mi cuerpo lo necesitaba muchisimo!! Estos ejercicios los podeis hacer 15 repeticiones 4 veces!!?? Y como ya sabeis , siempre llevo sujetadores de deporte de lactancia, este de @krewactive ? me encanta!
