MY ASS IS ON FIRE!!!! ??? .
Project Peachy Bum got well under way this morning with this killer glute workout with @luluadamsfitness!! We mixed it up with some treadmill work (low impact, but NO LESS DIFFICULT...she put me on a 15 incline and gave me 'light dumbbells' (!) to hold...!) but also added a resistance band...although it looks less intimidating than a set of dumbbells these exercises were HARD! .
Plus I've learnt that the glutes are some of the biggest muscles in the body, so working them with resistance leads to a bigger 'afterburn' - so half an hour of this is likely to burn more calories overall than an hour of light jogging - win win hey?! ??????
