Ok I know I’ve been gone for a while. I had an injury I bruised my knee bone. That white spot in ex ray is the bruise. Crazy right! Doc said I was over doing it!! The good knee already compensating for the bad one. So now I can’t do treadmill I have to do bike. But I still can do weights and such just not hard core like I was lol. Just a couple adjustments. I was making my trainer really push me. And he did keep me safe. But my bones are 50 years old lmao. But I’m back at it so I can stay fine. Until I snag Gary Sanchez from the Yankees then I’ll just have him work me out. HA!! @trainwiththaddeus
