Today The Queen received credentials from diplomats at Buckingham Palace.
Credentials are documents presented by foreign ambassadors to the chief of state of the host government.
The Queen received The Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan, followed by the Ambassador from the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Both presented Letters of Recall from their predecessor and Letters of Credence as the newly-appointed Ambassador.
