Children's Hospitals might not be anyone's favourite place to live or grow up in, but they can be one of the most inspiring and humbling places on earth.
Thank you to every single person at @sydney_kids for continuously helping our daughter these past several months, whether it be Doctors, Surgeons, Nurses, Cleaners or other parents we meet in the kitchen. The artwork that lines the halls, fresh air in the Fairy Garden and familiar smiles from staff help keep us sane week after week. Thank you to @rmhrandwick for keeping my family, and so many others together during tough times.
We're still struggling to come to terms with the outreach and support that has hit us like a tidal wave the past few weeks. We are currently brainstorming, and bursting to see what we can truly make of this unprecedented generosity to make a difference for more.
If there is anyone out there with resources or skills to contribute, please, please reach out. You might have something laying around, an idea or literal, that could help other families like ours dearly.
