Keeping it together while things fall apart...sounds pretty simple, but at times can be so hard. People let u down, u get fired from jobs, divorced, lied to, cheated on, betrayed by friends, death in families, natural disasters, insanely sad massacres.....the list goes on.
YES, sometimes it can be hard to stay afloat. Im so thankful that I have my health and fitness as a stress relief, an outlet where I can just escape it all despite all the let downs of life. Being a part of @1stphorm reminds me everyday that nothing in life is guaranteed. Don’t ever take things for granted. You only have one life, take care of yourself and live well.
