Triples & doubles of pause clean and jerks up to 115kg/253lbs for A LOT of sets on intervals. Obviously intervals and timed rest because you can hear me wheezing my way through the triples that took longer than a minute :,) Squats in the mornin, cardio in the afternoon???? These make ya pull real hard or they just basically destroy you :) Happy Friday
