Soooo before I went to the park this afternoon with my kids and girlfriends and ate treats the entire time I actually had abs again for a minute ?. I told you guys I was focusing on abs more lately and I actually have seen a little bit of a change. Granted, abs are most definitely made in the kitchen, however adding more core exercises in has helped! Now if I could just control my sweet tooth I could hold onto them for more than just a day. ???????????
