Liam and I spent today with Siobhan from the @thepositivebirthmama and I can't tell you how valuable those hours with her were. Lots of you will know I had a horrific (a strong word but the right one) time with Darcy's birth (36 hours, very invasive, many problems) and as such have felt incredibly negative about our new baby's delivery. I've cried and panicked and even felt angry that I have to do it again. Siobhan's wisdom, coaching and sensible approach to birth, her own testimony and her hypnobirthing techniques have turned my mind around. If you have any fears or worries surrounding birth I STRONGLY recommend checking her out, Liam and I are so excited about our new arrival! Excited for birth?!!!!
