On honoring life and the moments it gifts us. It’s easier to just cruise on or discard swiftly in our throw away culture, but I think we miss out on something precious in doing so. Whether positive or negative, if it brought beauty in its time, if it brought a valuable lesson, if it enriched us, it deserves a proper remembrance. There’s always a way to let go with honor, to extend a blessing and to say ((((thank you)))). Sometimes I like to make spaces for this. Because it reminds me that my heart is real and in its humanity, messiness and complexities, it’s still beautiful and so is life too.
