As a mom you your told you have to sacrifice alot but that's not always true. I want to look good, feel good but still enjoy pumpkin spice everything and I'm always eating on the go! So my flourless @sportsresearch collagen muffin bars that I have made in pumpkins spice gives me all that! #sportsresearch #collageninthekitchen #wellness #paleo #collagen #greatskin * 1/2 cup quick oats * 3/4 tsp baking powder
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 1/8 tsp baking soda
* 1 medium (1/2 cup) mashed over-ripe banana * 1 can of chickpeas
* 1/4 cup peanut butter * 1/3 cup pure maple syrup or honey * 1/4 cup pumpkin * Teaspoon of all spice or nutmeg * Teaspoon cinnamon
* Pumpkin seeds for garnish about 1/4 cup
* 2 scoop of collagen
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F Drain the beans and rinse extremely well, Blend all ingredients until smooth in a blender or food processor. Pour into the muffin cups don’t overfill or they will rise and then sink in the centers. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top and Bake 20 minutes. They will look underdone – let sit 20 minutes and they will firm up.
