I work in an industry where we have all become desensitized to (the exploitation of) sexuality and the abuse of power. If you are attractive you probably asked for it. If you are powerful you can probably insist on it. I am so appreciative of the brave women who were the first and the next and the next ones to speak up. Lets not ever shut up about this anymore. Until we don't need to any longer because it doesn't happen anymore. ??
