Then & Now – OKM Orphans Know More 12th anniversary celebration Dinner Dance
Orphans Know More is a relationally based partnership working together to give orphans a Face, a Family and a Future
As an Ambassador for Orphans Know More I was thrilled to attend my first official engagement at their 12th anniversary celebrations.  125 of OKM supporters and guests partied the night away.  It can be good to stop, look back and celebrate achievements for a moment before commencing towards the next goals and challenges.  We looked back at what has been created since an 8 year old child said to her parents “I think I’m meant to take care of orphans”. Shortly afterwards OKM was born and Naomi is now a 20 year old student and full of enthusiasm and drive in her pursuit of a better life for those not naturally blessed as she has been with her own family.  From this young vision a large and talented team has grown and OKM is going from strength to strength.
