"Turn It On: China on Film, 2000-2017," a ten-week film series curated by Ai Weiwei (@艾未未) and Wang Fen (@wangfenfen) starts tonight. Twenty rarely-seen documentaries by China’s most daring artists and filmmakers investigating the political, social, economic, and cultural conditions of contemporary China will be screened in twice-weekly daytime screenings and three featured evening events.
