So funny how we pick and choose what to protect and defend. Why aren't we furious this administration won't protect our land..our air...our clean water supply or these gorgeous creatures that also represent our country. Because they can't make money from them. ・・・
The bald eagle is more than just a symbol of our nation; its return to the skies is proof that the Endangered Species Act is one of our most effective wildlife protection laws. The ESA is the last line of defense for many imperiled species, and yet members of Congress are disregarding science and proposing bills to gut the Act.
