Meditation changed my life and allowed me to get out of my own way so I can be the person I am today. There are various forms of meditation, and almost all of them have these elements in common.

It can resolve anxiety and depression, down-regulate stress hormones, improve your mood, make you sleep better, and help you improve your self-esteem.
