Beautiful words from one of my favorite writers today. ?

True healing takes time and there is no right or wrong way to get there. Sometimes, it's a dark room without windows and starving yourself of what you need. Other times it's waking with the sun and gutting it up regardless of the pain. It's a tough and muddy road, and there will be times you'll think your feet cannot move another step, but you will get through it because you are made of gold and galaxies much more complete than you feel. Do not collapse into your sorrow. Learn to grow from it and become the reason why someone else tries to overcome their pain you have beat into submission by persevering yourself when you could've folded up with your doubts. We keep living because we must, and if you are persistently trying to sabotage your mindfulness with negativity draped over you, blocking out anything resembling progress and change, than your existence will only create more longing from endless suffering. Be a friend to your heart and soul. As lonely as you feel, things are exponentially compounded when the human forgets self love. -
