Going to start posting my workouts a lot more?? Today with @lukemagill87 @clayhealthclub??♀️ These are some of the exercises we did for a minute each in sets of 3. We did all of these on a vibrating #powerplate , if you have one at your gym or available to you I recommend doing as many exercises as you can on it for better & quicker results!
