Slide into the life of #GoPro's Senior Creative Director, editing wizard, + this week's #FeaturedPhotographer, @abekislevitz.?

Photo 1: Remember the #sharks from the #GoProHERO6 launch video? This is was what the scene looked like from above! Here, I’m triggering RAW photos on the HERO6 with the #GoProKarma controller. Sometimes I remind myself to take at least 3 photos during every Karma flight so I come home with great high-res memories from the air. The dynamic range on the HERO6 is great for scenes like this where the water is dark and the whites are bright!

Photo 2: Punching through some pow on a shoot in #Japan. When I’m taking action shots while skiing, I like to use the GoPro Remo strapped to my pole. I set the GoPro to Burst Mode 30/6 so when I see an epic pow field, I can trigger the camera and capture 5 photos per second for the whole line.

Photo 3: A few weeks ago @bradleyfriesen took me up in his heli to the mountains of #BritishColumbia with @devinolsen. No, the camera isn’t attached to the blade, I’m actually using the new #GoProFusion on a 2-foot pole! GoPro’s software, Fusion Studio, automatically takes out the pole and stitches the shot together for you to customize in any way you want. I figured this was pretty radical.

Photo 4: This glacial ice cave was where we were flying to in the previous photo! It was such a surreal scene with other wordly colors. I think the HERO6 captured the essence of the experience well. I set the GoPro down using my favorite new mount - The Shorty! It’s got a built-in tripod so it makes it easy to capture awesome static shots like this. I set the GoPro to 5 second Time Lapse Mode with RAW format turned on. RAW in the HERO6 gives you tons of flexibility when editing!

Photo 5: Surfing the Playa on a @rideonewheel! This year was my first time out at #BurningMan. The desert is made for incredible photography, every picture you see is so unique. I’m using the HERO6 in .5 second Time Lapse Mode and an ND filter from @PolarPro for the motion blur effect. Set your max ISO to 100, and your HERO6 will take long exposure photos during the day with an ND8 or ND16.
