I had to remind myself of my own advice today when I got talked over YET AGAIN at a business meeting . Systemic sexism is only going to change if we aren’t afraid to point it out . I’m convinced there are many people who don’t even know that their actions or words are unacceptable. I’m trying to call it out in a way that I can be heard , and it’s taking some practice on my part; but I’m doing it ! #ItsMessy
