Uncrowded beach? Tick. Crystal clear water? Tick. Turtles cruising up and down the shoreline? Tick! This is what a typical day at @ladyelliotislandecoresort in the @southerngreatbarrierreef looks like. There's a resident population of turtles here which you can see all year round, but over the summer months, this population swells with thousands of turtles visiting the island to nest. If you want to see the baby turtles hatching, plan your trip between January and April - it's quite an incredible sight!
